Each year, the magazine releases its ranking after surveying more than 4,500 wealth management advisors across France. It represents a true barometer for the profession and provides both a qualitative and quantitative view on how management companies are perceived by wealth management advisors. Indeed, the professionals surveyed were asked to give their opinion on various criteria (quality of the back office, commercial availability, relevance of the product range, etc.), with an average score from 1 to 5.

This year, several management companies were awarded in 29 categories. We would like to congratulate several of our clients featured among this list (public references).

Congratulations to Norma Capital and Alderan for being awarded this coveted distinction.

SCPI category: Congratulations to Norma Capital (#2) and Alderan (#3)

The portfolio management company Norma Capital has continued its development by launching NCap Continent (SCPI dedicated to investment in the tertiary markets). Norma Capital is expanding its range of products and completing its existing consumer offering, which currently includes the Vendôme Régions and Fair Invest SCPIs. NCap Continent is targeting high-potential markets on the European continent, and plans to invest mainly in the UK, Germany, Spain and Poland.

For Alderan, the year 2022 was marked by a number of successes: the launching of a new fund, Vadora II, which is eligible for the PEA and is oriented towards tourism, the crossing of the €1 billion mark in assets under management, as well as a record amount of funds collected for the SCPI Activ Immo, only 3 years after its launch.
